Sun Keep currently offers digital graphic design services only. I do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical products. This page outlines how your completed work is delivered to you.
Digital Delivery
All design files and deliverables are sent electronically. Depending on the service, this may include:
- Email delivery of final files
- A downloadable link (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer)
- Direct file transfer through this website or another secure platform
No physical items will be shipped, and there are no shipping costs, carriers, or tracking numbers associated with any order.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframes for completed design work are provided at the time of purchase or in your order confirmation. Please refer to individual service listings or Terms of Service for turnaround details, as these may vary by project type and complexity.
Delivery Issues
If you do not receive your files within the expected timeframe, please:
- Check your spam/junk folder, as emails containing download links can occasionally be filtered.
- Confirm the email address provided at checkout is correct.
- Contact me directly so I can resend your files or troubleshoot the issue.
